DSPA Works

Privacy Policy

Effective 26 July 2026

This policy explains what DSPA Works collects when you register for a camp or event through this service, why, and how it is protected. If a church invited you to register, that church is the organiser of your data and DSPA Works processes it on their behalf.

What we collect

  • Registration details you enter: the camper's name and age, a contact phone number, an email address, and any additional details a specific camp's form asks for.
  • A photo, only if you upload one for an event ID card.
  • Payment reference: when you pay a camp fee by UPI, we record that a payment was made against your registration reference. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank details, or UPI PINs — those stay within your own UPI app.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends (such as a session cookie needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery).

Children's information

Camps often involve minors. Registration is intended to be completed by a parent, guardian, or an authorised church leader. Only provide a child's details if you are authorised to do so. You can ask us or the organising church to view, correct, or delete a child's information at any time.

How we use it

Solely to run the event you registered for: confirming your place, sending you a confirmation and any updates, producing an ID card if the camp uses them, reconciling your fee, and letting the organising church manage attendance. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How it's protected

The service is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Data is stored in a secured, access-controlled database, and uploaded photos are kept in private storage served through short-lived, expiring links. Access is limited to the organising church's authorised staff and DSPA Works personnel maintaining the service.

Retention

Registration data is kept for as long as needed to run the event and for the organising church's reasonable record-keeping afterwards. You may request deletion sooner.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or ask a question about this policy, by emailing support@dspaworks.com. Where a specific church organised the event, we may route your request to them as the data organiser.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify the organising churches.
