Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the DSPA Works registration service. By registering for an event or using a staff account, you agree to them.

The service

DSPA Works provides software that lets churches and ministries publish camps and events and take registrations. The organising church — not DSPA Works — is responsible for the event itself, its pricing, its conduct, and the accuracy of what it publishes.

Registrations and fees

Provide accurate information when you register. Any camp fee is set and collected by the organising church; pay it using the UPI details shown on your payment page. Refund and cancellation decisions rest with the organising church — contact them directly.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for legitimate event registration.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to use.
• Do not upload unlawful content or interfere with the service's operation or security.

Staff accounts

Church staff accounts grant access to registrant data. Keep your credentials confidential and use the data only to administer your own events, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Availability & liability

The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, DSPA Works is not liable for the conduct of events organised by churches using the service.
